Collection of Information

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, and telephone numbers, when voluntarily submitted by our clients, where applicable - for example, when placing an order and forming a contract between us. No sensitive data is collected. Financial information such as credit card details are collected and stored in accordance with PCI DSS v3. Only your name and email address will be used if you choose to subscribe to our mailing list. By subscribing, you are providing your explicit consent to be sent marketing material from Aram Designs Ltd. All newsletters from Aram Designs Ltd allow you to update your preferences and to opt out of further mailings.

In certain cases, your data will be transmitted to Architonic AG via the Virtual Showroom for processing product enquiries (name, email address, phone no, city and country). In turn, Architonic AG will forward this data back to Aram Contracts if this is necessary for processing the request in question. Only the data which is necessary to process the purpose in question will be forwarded.

The information determined by these cookies (time, location, pages accessed and anonymised IP address) are sent to Google and stored in the USA. Google uses the information to evaluate the use of the Virtual Showroom and generate reports for Architonic AG.

Distribution of Information

Rest assured that we will never share your personal information with a third party for marketing purposes. We will only share information with a Government agency as required or permitted by law with regard to fraud prevention or investigation. For purchases made through Aram Contracts, in order to complete the delivery of your order we will pass your name, address and telephone number to the delivery company contracted to carry out the delivery of your purchase. Only companies that have proven GDPR compliance will be contracted.
